Diane Madrigal is a Naturopathic Practitioner and Certified Nutritional Consultant dedicated to helping her clients feel better and achieve their health goals by revealing the root causes of disease and finding natural, practical and customized solutions.
She believes that good nutrition, quality sleep, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices can correct many of the chronic health challenges facing people today. She provides the customized tools client's need to take control of their health. |
Finding the truth about what is truly healthy is not easy. Her search for the truth in health started a journey that is ultimately rewarding when she can help improve the lives of her clients.
She helps her clients save money by not selling any supplements or ordering expensive lab tests that are often not necessary.
As a Naturopath, Diane teaches natural, God-given, life-enhancing practices that address specific health conditions and help optimize mental, physical and emotional health. As a Nutritionist, Diane believes that diet plays a significant role in your overall health, disease prevention and the ability of the body to heal.
What to Expect: Think of Diane as a personal health coach. She educates clients on the benefits of natural approaches to diet, lifestyle, and other natural modalities that prevent disease and strengthen the body, mind, and emotions. During a first visit, you will discuss your health history, health goals, and habits including food, stress, sleep, exercise etc. Diane then partners with you to customize a plan for your health concerns and your health goals. Using natural and practical approaches (i.e. menu planning, lifestyle changes, exercise, supplements, etc.), she gives you the practical steps you need to optimize your health.
Diane earned her Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree and Certificate of Nutritional Counseling (CNC) from Trinity College of Natural Health. She also has earned her Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. She is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition™ (FDN) Practitioner and a certified Advanced Metabolic Typing™ Advisor.
